First off, the ring is gorgeous and very good quality. I wore it for a week straight and the colour is still vibrant as ever. I will say the first ring I bought the emerald fell off out of nowhere. I contacted customer service about it and they did not hesitate to help me and sent me another ring super quickly! I really appreciate this small business and their customer service. LOVE this necklace! It's a gift for my mother-in-law and I know she's going to absolutely love it, too. The detail is clean, the gold metal is thick enough to be sturdy and not bend (it's not cheap!), but it's still dainty and elegant. The font we picked was spot-on as well! Plus, the box it came in was beautiful and completely ready for gifting. Just perfect. 100% met our expectations!

We ordered TWO of these for different family members because they are so beautiful and well-made. I read reviews from other sellers who offer similar products where people said the metal was really thin and bent after the first wear. This necklace doesn't feel like that at all. Thick enough, but still dainty. And it has kind of a rounded feel to the lettering which gives it more dimension. Great buy!!
